International Women's Club Moldova is teaming with Girls Leading Our World in a new mentorship program.IWCM is a group of professional women, both local and from the international community, dedicated to helping those around them through volunteering and fund raising for charity.
GLOW Moldova is a youth initiative that teachers leadership to young women. GLOW aims to empower Moldovan young women to become creative, confident, and action-oriented leaders in the workplace, community, and home.
Our mentorship program therefore aims to pair young women with professional women to talk about struggles and successes in life and be mentored towards their dreams and goals.

Target group:
young women
18 - 30 years old
enrolled in an university
YOU don't have to speak English perfectly to participate and should apply even if you're not super confiendet in your skills - participating in the program will build that skill for you in a really valuable way.
